What
have you learn from the two programs?
I learnt a more appropriate and systematic way of approaching
customers.
First,
identify customer's character: DISC. Then is our planning
& preparation during meet up with customers. Understand
customer by asking factual state questions. Ask Problem questions
to identify gap. Ask consequence questions to uncover cost
of customer's pain.
Finally
is benefit questions: describe Features & Advantage of
our products by meeting customer's needs.
What
would you do differently on your future sales approaches?
Do up better planning and more preparation before meeting
customers by firstly identify customer's type (DISC) and organize
useful questions.
